Julia is currently completing a major world tour where the band (Julia, with Corey Fogel, Devin Hoff, & Dina Maccabee) played shows in the US, UK, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, China and Australia.
In late January 2016, Julia will commence touring again, with a full tour of North America, another UK tour, and a date in Paris.

Julia Holter recently completed her first score for a major motion picture. The film “Bleed For This” was directed by Ben Younger, and will be released in autumn 2016.
In 2016, Julia will also be heard collaborating with Jean-Michel Jarre on the second volume of his “Electronica” release.
Holter is signed to Domino Recordings, who released her acclaimed third album Loud City Song in August 2013. Prior to that, in 2011 RVNG International released the critical breakthrough album Ekstasis, following up her debut full-length release, Tragedy, in 2010.
Holter has an avid fan base worldwide, with an especially devoted following in Europe where she has toured many times, playing headline shows and festivals. Influential publications such as Mojo, Pitchfork, The Guardian, Wire Magazine and Uncut have praised Holter’s unique sound, creativity, and captivating live shows.
